These rules apply to all residents and guests. A signed copy is required at move-in.

Lease & Payment
7 rules- Site fees and any other payments (i.e. utilities) are due and payable by Noon on the due date.
- You may set up automatic credit card billing in the office.
- Any payments that are late by more than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 late fee on the first late day and $10 per day thereafter.
- Partial payment (to cover electricity bill) must be made and payment arrangements must be made with the office to have an option to pay with late fees for balance at a later date.
- We reserve the right to remove your RV from our premises for non-payment after the due date.
- There are absolutely no refunds for rent for any guests who depart early.
- A 24-hour notice is required prior to departure for all deposit refunds.
Site Rules
7 rules- Keep your site clean and free of trash, debris, and clutter at all times.
- No permanent structures, fences, or additions may be built on sites.
- Skirting must be kept neat and in good repair.
- No storage of junk vehicles, excessive equipment, or unsightly materials.
- Dispose of trash only in designated dumpster areas.
- No washing of vehicles or RVs on-site.
- Management may require removal of any item deemed unsightly.
Vehicle & Parking
7 rules- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park at all times.
- Park only in your designated site or approved overflow areas.
- No inoperable, unregistered, or unlicensed vehicles permitted.
- Vehicles must have current registration and insurance.
- No major vehicle repairs or oil changes on-site.
- Motorcycles and ATVs must follow the same speed and parking rules.
- Violating vehicles may be towed at owner's expense.
Pet Rules
7 rules- Pets are welcome but must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft at all times.
- Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets must be current on all vaccinations — records available upon request.
- Aggressive or dangerous animals are not permitted in the park.
- Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed.
- Pets may not be left unattended outside for extended periods.
- Management reserves the right to require removal of any pet.
Guests & Visitors
6 rules- All overnight guests must be registered with management.
- Guests are the full responsibility of the registered tenant.
- Day visitors must leave the park by 10:00 PM.
- No more than 2 overnight guests per site without prior approval.
- Guests who violate park rules may be asked to leave immediately.
- Extended guest stays (7+ days) require management approval and may incur additional fees.
Quiet Hours & Conduct
6 rules- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
- No loud music, generators, or excessive noise during quiet hours.
- Profanity, fighting, harassment, or threatening behavior is grounds for immediate eviction.
- Illegal activity of any kind will result in immediate eviction and law enforcement notification.
- Alcohol consumption must remain within your own site.
- Be respectful of all neighbors and park staff at all times.
Fire & Safety
7 rules- Open fires are permitted only in designated fire rings or approved fire pits.
- Never leave a fire unattended — extinguish completely before leaving.
- No burning of trash, plastics, or prohibited materials.
- Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Report any safety hazards or emergencies to the camp host immediately.
- Each RV must have a working smoke detector and fire extinguisher.
- Management is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to personal property.
Utilities & Hookups
6 rules- Tenants are responsible for their own electric usage — metered separately.
- Do not tamper with electrical pedestals, water meters, or sewer connections.
- Sewer connections must use proper fittings and be leak-free at all times.
- Report any utility issues or leaks to management immediately.
- Water hoses must be drinking-water safe (white or blue).
- No grey water may be discharged onto the ground.
