Daily & weekly stays: electricity is included in the flat rate. Monthly residents: electric is billed separately based on actual meter usage, due on the 1st of each month. All sites have 30/50 amp service.
💧 Water & Sewer
City water and sewer connections are included at every site for all stay types — daily, weekly, and monthly. No extra charge, no hauling, no dumping runs required.
🗑️ Trash & Wi-Fi
Trash pickup and free high-speed Wi-Fi are included for all residents at no additional cost — whether you're here for a night or a year.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms
- •Customers have 24 hours after making a reservation to cancel for a cancellation charge of $50.
- •No refunds beyond the 24-hour cancellation period.
- •No refunds for reservation fees less than $50.
- •If you place a security deposit to hold a site and choose not to take it, the deposit is non-refundable.
No Early Departure Refunds
If you receive a weekly or extended stay rate, no refunds will be given if you leave early. Reservation is viewed as a two-way agreement — we hold the space and turn away all future requests in return for your payment.
Security & Electric Deposit
Your deposit on an extended site is a security deposit and will also serve as an electric deposit after move-in. The security/electric deposit will be refunded in full once the site is vacated and your account is paid in full.
